Ingredients

  • 300 ml buttermilk
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200 g flour
  • Oil, for frying

Utensils

  • hand mixer

  • swiss spatula

Instructions

  1. Pour baking soda into the buttermilk and mix well.
  2. Add the sugar and salt and mix again.
  3. Add the flour in stages, mixing the batter each time.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan.
  5. The batter with spoon into the pan and fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown pancakes.
