Soft pancakes with buttermilk without eggs

The dough can be prepared very quickly and the fluffy pancakes with buttermilk are really delicious. The small pancakes taste soft and have a beautiful golden brown color.

- 300 ml buttermilk
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 200 g flour
- Oil, for frying
- hand mixer
- swiss spatula
- Pour baking soda into the buttermilk and mix well.
- Add the sugar and salt and mix again.
- Add the flour in stages, mixing the batter each time.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- The batter with spoon into the pan and fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown pancakes.
