Soft oatmeal cookies with raisins, walnuts and bananas
Ingredients
- 100g butter
- 100g brown sugar
- 60g banana
- 1 egg
- 100g flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100g rolled oats
- 50-60g walnuts, or others nuts
- 80 g raisins

Instructions
- Beat the softened butter and sugar until creamy.
- Pure the banana with a blender and add to the butter together with the egg.
- Mix everything together well.
- Mix the flour with salt, baking powder, rolled oats, chopped nuts and raisins.
- Gradually add the butter-banana mixture to the flour.
- Stir well to create a thick mixture.
- Line the baking tray with baking paper.
- Put the dough 3 – 5 cm apart on the baking tray with a tablespoon
- Flat the cookie dough a little so that the cookies are a little flatter.
- Bake the oatmeal cookies for 15 – 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
- Serve the oatmeal cookies with coffee or tea.
