Ingredients

  • 100g butter
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 60g banana
  • 1 egg
  • 100g flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100g rolled oats
  • 50-60g walnuts, or others nuts
  • 80 g raisins

Utensils

  • hand mixer
  • bowl
  • spoon

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened butter and sugar until creamy.
  2. Pure the banana with a blender and add to the butter together with the egg.
  3. Mix everything together well.
  4. Mix the flour with salt, baking powder, rolled oats, chopped nuts and raisins.
  5. Gradually add the butter-banana mixture to the flour.
  6. Stir well to create a thick mixture.
  7. Line the baking tray with baking paper.
  8. Put the dough 3 – 5 cm apart on the baking tray with a tablespoon
  9. Flat the cookie dough a little so that the cookies are a little flatter.
  10. Bake the oatmeal cookies for 15 – 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
  11. Serve the oatmeal cookies with coffee or tea.
