Ingredients

  • 150 g plums, alternatively plums
  • 200 ml almond milk or oat milk
  • 2 dates, stone removed
  • 6 tbsp plum balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wash, halve and stone the plums.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree to the desired consistency.
  3. Pour the plum smoothie into glasses and enjoy.
