Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 sticks celery
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup cranberry
  • 30 g carrots

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • stand mixer

Instructions

  1. Peel and fillet the oranges.
  2. Peel the bananas and place in the mixing bowl with the oranges.
  3. Put the finely chopped carrots, celery and cranberries in the blender.
  4. Pour in the buttermilk.
  5. Puree everything into a smoothie and pour into glasses to fill.
