Smoothie with cranberries, banana and oranges
Ingredients
- 2 oranges
- 2 sticks celery
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup cranberry
- 30 g carrots
Utensils
- knife
- cutting board
- stand mixer
Instructions
- Peel and fillet the oranges.
- Peel the bananas and place in the mixing bowl with the oranges.
- Put the finely chopped carrots, celery and cranberries in the blender.
- Pour in the buttermilk.
- Puree everything into a smoothie and pour into glasses to fill.
