Smoothie bowl with raspberries

A smoothie bowl made from raspberries, coconut milk, yoghurt and chia seeds is the perfect healthy breakfast. Topped with kiwi, dates and pomegranate seeds, the bowl tastes fruity and refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 40 g chia seeds
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 50 g yoghurt
  • 120 g raspberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • 3 dates
  • pomegranate seeds, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a blender, whisk together the coconut milk, yoghurt, raspberries, and chia seeds.
  2. Pour into a cereal bowl and let sit for 60 minutes.
  3. Make a fruit topping: peel the kiwi and slice in half.
  4. Chop the dates.
  5. Top the smoothie bowl with kiwi, dates and pomegranate seeds and enjoy.
