Ingredients

  • 200 g Greek yoghurt
  • 150 g raspberries, frozen
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • honey, to taste
  • blueberries, for garnish
  • raspberries, for garnish
  • pineapple, optional

Instructions

  1. Mix the banana with the frozen berries, Greek yoghurt, chia seeds and honey in a blender to a spoonable pulp.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  3. Place the blueberries, raspberries, cashew nuts and pineapple decoratively on the bowl and enjoy.
