Ingredients

  • 8 shortcrust pastry tarts
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 1 packet of red glaze
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 250 ml water

Utensils

  • plate
  • pot
  • spoon
  • knife

Instructions

  1. Place the shortcrust pastry on a plate.
  2. Clean the strawberries, rinse under water and drain well.
  3. Then quarter the strawberries or slice them lengthwise.
  4. Place the cut strawberries on the shortcrust pastry.
  5. Fill the cake glaze Cook according to package directions, allow to cool slightly.
  6. Spoon the cooled icing over the strawberry tarts.
  7. Serve the strawberry tarts chilled.
