Small strawberry tarts with cake glaze
Ingredients
- 8 shortcrust pastry tarts
- 300 g strawberries
- 1 packet of red glaze
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 250 ml water

Instructions
- Place the shortcrust pastry on a plate.
- Clean the strawberries, rinse under water and drain well.
- Then quarter the strawberries or slice them lengthwise.
- Place the cut strawberries on the shortcrust pastry.
- Fill the cake glaze Cook according to package directions, allow to cool slightly.
- Spoon the cooled icing over the strawberry tarts.
- Serve the strawberry tarts chilled.
