Ingredients

Pizza dough

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 p. Dry yeast
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • Olive oil, for greasing

Tomato sauce

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, small
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tin tomatoes, diced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, for Season to taste
  • Dried oregano, to taste
  • Dried basil, to taste
  • 1 scoop of mozzarella
  • 20 g black olives

Utensils

  • Food processor
  • Large bowl
  • Rolling pin
  • Spoon
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Sauté pan
  • Baking spatula
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchpaper
  • Grater

Instructions

Prepare Pizza Dough

  1. Into the bowl of the stand mixer,
  2. Add the flour and salt.
  3. Mix the yeast and sugar with 12 ounces of lukewarm water.
  4. Leave for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Add the yeast to the flour.
  6. In the stand mixer Knead for 5-10 minutes to form an elastic dough.
  7. Form the dough into a ball and place in a mixing bowl lightly greased with olive oil.
  8. Leave covered in a warm place for 1 hour.
  9. Knead the dough once and close again Form into a ball.
  10. Let rise for another 30 minutes.

Prepare the tomato sauce

  1. Dice the onion.
  2. Chop the garlic finely.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan.
  4. Add the diced onions and sauté until translucent.
  5. Briefly sauté the garlic.
  6. Add the canned tomatoes.
  7. Season the pizza sauce with herbs, salt and pepper.
  8. Bring to a simmer and let it simmer a little.
  9. Preheat the oven to 190°C top and bottom heat.
  10. Cover two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  11. Cut the dough in half.
  12. One First put half back in the bowl and cover.
  13. Cut the other half into 10-12 equal pieces.
  14. Then roll them into balls and flatten them with your hand.
  15. Place the mini pizza flatbreads on the baking trays with a little space between them .
  16. Spread with the tomato sauce.
  17. Grate the mozzarella on a coarse grater and spread on top.
  18. Arrange the black olives on the pizzas in the shape of a spider.
  19. Bake the pizzas for about 15 minutes.
