Simply make mango juice yourself - fruity summer drink

This sunny yellow fruity drink with a rich tropical fruit flavor quenches thirst and is an excellent base for alcoholic cocktails.

Ingredients

  • 150 g sugar
  • 7 glasses of water
  • 2 mangoes
  • 2-3 lemons

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, add the sugar and 1 glass of water and bring to the boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Then, reduce the heat and simmer the syrup for another 3-4 minutes, stirring, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Then allow the syrup to cool completely.
  4. Wash the mangoes, pat dry, cut the flesh into small cubes and place in a bowl.
  5. Add 3 glasses of water and puree with a hand blender.
  6. Then strain the mango paste through a fine sieve and catch the juice.
  7. Juice the lemons using the citrus press and add the lemon juice to the mango juice.
  8. Also add the cooled syrup and the 3 remaining glasses of water.
  9. Enjoy the mango juice chilled on its own or use it as a base for alcoholic cocktails.
