Ingredients

  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 5 g fresh yeast
  • 370 ml water
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Utensils

  • Bowl
  • Hand mixer with dough hook
  • Clear film
  • Flour sieve
  • Bread baking pan

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the salt and yeast in warm water.
  2. Put the flour through a sifter.
  3. Add the sifted flour to the yeast and knead into a smooth dough for about half a minute.
  4. Put the dough into a large bowl and cover with cling film.
  5. Let stand in a warm environment for two hours.
  6. Spread some flour on the work surface.
  7. Knead the dough with your hands into a flat shape.
  8. Then lightly fold each edge into an envelope fold inwards.
  9. Grease a baking tin with oil and dust with flour.
  10. Place the bread dough in the baking tin, smooth side up.
  11. Sprinkle with flour, cover with a towel and leave to stand for half an hour.
  12. The dough should have doubled in size by this time.
  13. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  14. Place a pot of boiling water in the oven for 5-10 minutes and then remove.
  15. The bread about 40-50 Bake in the oven for minutes.
