Simply bake your own bread with fresh yeast
Ingredients
- 1½ tsp salt
- 5 g fresh yeast
- 370 ml water
- 500 g flour
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

- Hand mixer with dough hook

- Flour sieve
- Bread baking pan
Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve the salt and yeast in warm water.
- Put the flour through a sifter.
- Add the sifted flour to the yeast and knead into a smooth dough for about half a minute.
- Put the dough into a large bowl and cover with cling film.
- Let stand in a warm environment for two hours.
- Spread some flour on the work surface.
- Knead the dough with your hands into a flat shape.
