Ingredients

  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt, to taste
  • 2-3 slices of melted cheese
  • 1 flatbread, thin, large
  • mayonnaise, to taste
  • herbs, to taste, optional

Instructions

  1. Chop the mushrooms.
  2. Chop the onion finely.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan.
  4. Fry the mushrooms and onion in it until golden.
  5. Then season with salt.
  6. Cut the cheese into smaller pieces.
  7. Arrange the flatbread on the table and spread with mayonnaise.
  8. Place the cooled mushrooms and cheese on top.
  9. Add chopped herbs, if desired.
  10. Roll the flatbread tightly, starting on the long side.
  11. Cool the roll a little Leave and cut into portioned slices.
  12. Serve the filled flatbread as a starter or snack.
