Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg carrots
  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the carrots, stirring constantly, about 7 minutes; they should not brown.
  • Transfer the fried carrots to a bowl.
  • Season with salt and mix with flour and sour cream, the mixture should not become too runny.
  • Sprinkle the casserole dish lightly with breadcrumbs.
  • Add the carrot and sour cream mixture.
  • Carrot casserole for about 20-30 minutes at 180 Bake ° C in the oven.
