Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 handful of wild garlic leaves
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Sea salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Utensils

  • pan
  • turner
  • knife

Instructions

  1. Wash the wild garlic leaves and pat dry.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan.
  3. Fry the whole wild garlic leaves lightly in the oil.
  4. Crack the eggs in.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the fried eggs on two plates and serve with bread.
