Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork neck
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings.
  4. Put the garlic through a press.
  5. Place the meat in a bowl.
  6. Season with salt and pepper .
  7. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard and onion with garlic.
  8. Mix the meat well.
  9. Leave the meat to marinate in the fridge for 3 hours.
  10. Mix the meat in the marinade every hour.
  11. Drag the shish kebab onto skewers and grill over the grill for about 20 minutes.
