Ingredients

  • 200 g white cabbage
  • Salt, to taste
  • 100-150 g ham or sausage
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 lavash, thin
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise

Utensils

  • knife

  • spoon

Instructions

  1. Cut the white cabbage into thin strips.
  2. Salt to taste and grate lightly with your hands.
  3. Chop the ham into fine strips and cut the tomatoes into medium-sized pieces.
  4. Place the lavash flatbread on the work surface.
  5. Cabbage, ham and tomatoes Spread evenly on top.
  6. Season with ketchup and mayonnaise.
  7. Roll up the flatbread into a wrap and serve.
