Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 50ml milk
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 ham slices
  • chives, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk.
  2. Add the milk and stir.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into a heated pan with the oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and add the tomatoes.
  5. Scrambled eggs, stirring gently bring.
  6. Distribute the scrambled eggs on slices of ham.
  7. Drag a tomato onto each skewer.
  8. Hold the two opposite ends of the ham with the skewer.
  9. Cut the chives into fine rings and sprinkle over the scrambled eggs.
