Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 6-8 slices of baguette
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 200 g sprats

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs, let them cool down and peel them.
  2. Depending on the size of the baguette slices, you can cut the large slices in half.
  3. Roast the baguette slices on both sides in a dry pan for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Cucumbers and slice eggs.
  5. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the baguette slices.
  6. Place the eggs and cucumber on top.
  7. Place the sprats vertically on the bread, secure with skewers and serve as a snack.
