Ingredients

Dough

  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 pack baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 200 g flour

Filling

  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • ½ bunch spring onions
  • 185 g tuna
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Utensils

  • bowl
  • hand mixer
  • cutting board
  • knife
  • spoon
  • springform pan

Instructions

  1. Mix the buttermilk with the baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Add 3 eggs, salt and flour.
  3. Stir everything together to form an even batter.
  4. For the filling: finely chop the spring onions.
  5. Dice 4 hard-boiled eggs.
  6. tuna Mash with a fork.
  7. Mix the eggs, tuna and spring onions in a bowl.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Grease a baking pan and fill with half of the batter.
  10. Spread the egg filling evenly over the batter.
  11. Cover with the remaining dough.
  12. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 40 minutes.
