Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 can of tuna
  • 100 g salmon, cooked
  • 8 eggs
  • 100 g rice, parboiled rice
  • leeks
  • tartar sauce, to taste

To decorate

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red pepper
  • black olives, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil, peel and dice the eggs.
  2. Cut the leeks into fine half rings.
  3. Cook the parboiled rice until done.
  4. Arrange the salad in layers on a plate.
  5. Season each layer with salt and pepper and Spread with tartar sauce.
  6. The bottom layer is the tuna, then the leek, then the eggs (set aside 4 eggs for garnish) followed by the salmon and finally the rice.
  7. For garnishing salad: Egg whites and yolks separately grate with a medium-sized grater and decorate a Santa Claus head.
  8. In the process, line the hat out of diced peppers.
  9. Form the nose and mouth out of the boiled carrot.
  10. Finally place the eyes out of black olives for Santa Claus and the festive layered salad is ready.
