Ingredients

Basic

  • 300 g salmon
  • 1 pepper, yellow or red
  • ½ aubergine

Marinade

  • 50 ml olive oil
  • ½ garlic clove
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • chili, optional
  • ½ lemon

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • grill skewers
  • mixing spoon
  • mortar
  • grill brush

Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic finely.
  2. Squeeze out the juice from half a lemon.
  3. Grind the thyme leaves and rosemary in a mortar and mix with the olive oil, lemon juice and garlic.
  4. Spread the marinade on the salmon and cut into large pieces.
  5. The Deseed the peppers and cut into large pieces.
  6. Cut the aubergines into thin slices.
  7. Mix the vegetables with the marinade.
  8. Drag the salmon onto skewers, alternating with the vegetables.
  9. Cook the salmon skewers over the grill for approx. Grill for 20 minutes.
