Ingredients

  • 500g cottage cheese
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • Salt, to taste

Utensils

  • bowl
  • spoon
  • knife
  • pan
  • spatula

Instructions

  1. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl.
  2. Mix well with the flour, egg, sugar and salt.
  3. Shape the mixture into a roll about 5 cm in diameter.
  4. Cut crosswise into finger-sized pieces.
  5. Roll the small cakes in flour.
  6. Fry them in butter on both sides.
  7. Serve the finished quark balls with sour cream or jam.
