Rum with milk, honey and nutmeg

Have you tried rum in hot milk with honey and nutmeg? Simply heat the milk, stir in the honey and beaten egg yolk. Serve in a mug with a dash of rum.

- 200 ml milk, hot
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 cl rum
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- nutmeg grater
- Dissolve the honey in the hot milk.
- Froth the egg yolks and fold into the milk.
- Pour the milk into a cup.
- Add the rum and grate the nutmeg over it.
