Ingredients

  • 200 ml milk, hot
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 cl rum
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Utensils

  • pot
  • spoon
  • nutmeg grater
  • cup

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the honey in the hot milk.
  2. Froth the egg yolks and fold into the milk.
  3. Pour the milk into a cup.
  4. Add the rum and grate the nutmeg over it.
