Ingredients

  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 5 radishes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 vine tomato
  • 1/2 package feta cheese
  • 200 g Greek natural yoghurt
  • 1 garlic clove, small
  • dill, to taste
  • spring onions, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • olives, to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean the large lettuce leaves and place on a serving plate.
  2. Dice the radishes, cucumber and tomatoes.
  3. Dice the feta cheese as well.
  4. Stuff the hearts of lettuce with the vegetables and cheese.
  5. For the yoghurt dip: dill, chives and garlic Cut into small pieces.
  6. Mix everything with yoghurt and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve the Romaine hearts with yoghurt dip and olives.
