Ingredients

  • 20 g glutinous rice flour
  • 40 g starch
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1-2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • Heavy-bottomed pan
  • Basting spatula
  • Cutting board
  • Plate

Instructions

  • In a heavy-bottomed pan, mix together the rice flour, starch, sugar, salt and milk thoroughly.
  • Cook over low heat for 7-10 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
  • When the mixture begins to form lumps, add the Remove the pan from the heat.
