  • 4 lemons
  • 2 cups pineapple, diced
  • 50g sugar
  • 250ml vodka
  • 450ml water
  • Ice, to taste

Utensils

  • citrus press
  • stand mixer
  • jars

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the lemons and pour the juice into the blender.
  2. Add the pineapple, sugar, vodka and water.
  3. Whisk together until smooth.
  4. Pour ice into the glasses.
  5. Pour in the cocktail.
  6. Garnish the pineapple cocktail to taste and serve immediately.
