Refreshing chia water with lemon juice
Ingredients
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 300 ml water
- 2 lemons

Instructions
- Soak the chia seeds in half a glass of water for an hour.
- Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice into a glass of water.
- Mix the chia seeds with the lemon water.
- Enjoy the chia water cold!
