Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • ½ red cabbage, medium-sized
  • 500 g apples, sweet and sour variety
  • 50 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 60 ml vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  3. Add the onions and sauté until translucent, about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Chop the cabbage.
