Red cabbage salad with sour cream, horseradish and lemon juice
Ingredients
- 500 g red cabbage
- 150 g sour cream
- 1 tbsp horseradish
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt to taste
- sugar to taste
- pepper to taste
Utensils

- cutting board
- sieve
- bowl
Instructions
- Clean, wash and drain the cabbage.
- Slice into thin strips.
- Place in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, drain and rinse with cold, boiled water.
- Drain the water well.
- Mix the cabbage with sour cream, horseradish and lemon juice.
- Add salt, sugar and pepper to taste, mix well.
- Serve cold red cabbage salad with sour cream.
