Ingredients

  • 500 g red cabbage
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • sugar to taste
  • pepper to taste

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • sieve
  • bowl

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and drain the cabbage.
  2. Slice into thin strips.
  3. Place in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, drain and rinse with cold, boiled water.
  4. Drain the water well.
  5. Mix the cabbage with sour cream, horseradish and lemon juice.
  6. Add salt, sugar and pepper to taste, mix well.
  7. Serve cold red cabbage salad with sour cream.
