Ingredients

  • 1 courgette, light
  • 1 aubergine
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 100-150 g cheese, e.g. mozzarella
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • thyme , to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic cloves and put them through the garlic press.
  2. Mix the garlic with approx. 2 tbsp olive oil in a small bowl.
  3. Cut the vegetables into slices, salt and pepper.
  4. Place the vegetable slices alternately one after the other in a casserole dish.
  5. A sprig Place the thyme on top.
  6. Drizzle with the garlic oil.
  7. Bake the ratatouille in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for about 15 minutes.
  8. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  9. Sprinkle the ratatouille with the cheese and cook another 5- Bake 10 minutes.
