Ingredients

  • 50 g ladyfingers
  • 120 g mascarpone
  • 100 g yoghurt
  • 30 g milk
  • 30 g icing sugar
  • vanilla extract, optional
  • ¼ tsp lime zest
  • 50 g raspberries, fresh or frozen

Utensils

  • bowl
  • whisk
  • dessert glasses
  • spoon

Instructions

  1. Put the mascarpone and yoghurt in a bowl.
  2. Add the milk and powdered sugar.
  3. Mix everything together until smooth.
  4. Stir in the lime zest and vanilla extract.
  5. Break the ladyfingers into two or three parts.
  6. Layer the dessert: Spread the cream on the bottom of the glasses.
  7. Put the ladyfingers on top.
  8. Add the raspberries.
  9. Give another layer of cream.
  10. Put the biscuits on top.
  11. Cover with the cream again.
  12. Top with the raspberries.
  13. Place the dessert in the fridge for 2 hours.
