Ingredients

  • 160 ml milk, or soy milk,
  • oat milk
  • 1 green apple
  • 120 g raspberries
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 1-2 tbsp rolled oats, tender

Utensils

  • Knives
  • Blender
  • Glasses

Instructions

  1. Rinse the raspberries, drain the water.
  2. Put the raspberries in the bowl of a blender.
  3. Add the honey.
  4. Wash and core the green apple.
  5. Chop into large pieces and add to the blender as well.
  6. Pour in the milk.
  7. Puree everything together.
  8. Pour the raspberry smoothie into glasses with the apple and enjoy.
