Raspberry smoothie with almond milk and yogurt

The fruity raspberry smoothie in the glass is a great source of energy and vitamins! The smoothie is made from almond milk, yoghurt and of course fresh raspberries, sweetened with xylitol if desired and is a wonderful refreshment and ideal for breakfast or in between.

  • 150-180 g raspberries
  • 200 g yoghurt
  • 60-80 ml almond milk, cold
  • 1 tsp xylitol, or sugar


  1. Pick up the raspberries and wash them well.
  2. Put the raspberries in a blender with the yoghurt and xylitol and puree finely.
  3. Fluff up the raspberry smoothie with the almond milk.
  4. Pour the raspberry smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
