Portions: 4 persons | Preparation time: 80 minutes

Rabbit in sour cream sauce with mushrooms and vegetables tastes really good according to this recipe. The tender meat has a nice mushroom flavor and is infused with the delicious sauce. Both meat and vegetables are first fried separately. Then stewed together in a delicious sour cream sauce for a longer time, rabbit gets an intense taste and a great aroma. The best accompaniment is mashed potatoes.
