Ingredients

  • 120g quinoa
  • 370ml coconut milk
  • strawberries, fresh
  • cinnamon, optional
  • honey, to taste

Utensils

  • sieve
  • pot
  • spoon
  • knife

Instructions

  1. Rinse the quinoa with warm water in a colander.
  2. Bring the quinoa and coconut milk to a boil in a saucepan, stirring constantly.
  3. Simmer the quinoa porridge over low heat for about 15 minutes.
  4. Wash the strawberries and cut in half .
  5. Add cinnamon and honey to the porridge and serve with fresh strawberries.
