Ingredients

  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml water
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 150 g pumpkin
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • cinnamon, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk with the water, salt and sugar.
  2. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces.
  3. Add the rolled oats and pumpkin to the milk.
  4. Stir, bring to the boil again and simmer over low heat under a lid for about 10 minutes leave.
  5. Add the butter to the porridge, sprinkle with cinnamon and stir.
  6. Leave the oatmeal with pumpkin to stand for 5-10 minutes, covered, and then serve.
