Quiche with broccoli, peppers and carrots
Ingredients
- Quark-oil-dough
- 1 egg
- 35 g oil
- 90 g quark
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Topping
- 1 Potatoes, medium
- 1 Carrot
- Broccoli florets, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Leek, to taste
- Parsley, to taste
- 150 cheese, grated
- 4 eggs
- 200 g cream
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- pepper powder, to taste
- herbs, to taste
Utensils
- Food processor
- Tart pan
- Knife
- Cutting board
- Pot
- Whisk
Instructions
- Knead all the dough ingredients together.
- Roll out the dough thinly and fill into the quiche.
- Roughly dice the potatoes and carrots.
- Cook together with the broccoli.
- Top the quiche with the pre-cooked vegetables and diced peppers as well as the leek and parsley.
- Mix the eggs with cream.
- Salt and pepper.
- Season with herbs to taste and fill the quiche with them.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 25 minutes.
