Quark mousse with sour cream and cocoa
Ingredients
- 150 g quark
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- Hazelnuts, optional
Utensils
- hand blender
- bowl
Instructions
- Mix the quark with sour cream, sugar and cocoa with a hand blender.
- Mix in the hazelnuts, if you like.
- Put the dessert in the fridge for 30 – 60 minutes.
