Ingredients

  • 150 g quark
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • Hazelnuts, optional

Utensils

  • hand blender
  • bowl

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with sour cream, sugar and cocoa with a hand blender.
  2. Mix in the hazelnuts, if you like.
  3. Put the dessert in the fridge for 30 – 60 minutes.
