Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 bacon slices
  • 1 puff pastry roll
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • cress, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the puff pastry into squares and use them to fill the muffin tin.
  2. Place 1 slice of bacon on the puff pastry.
  3. Carefully crack the egg on top.
  4. Bake the puff pastry muffins in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 25 minutes until golden.
  5. Carefully remove the muffins from the wells.
  6. Season with salt and pepper if necessary and garnish with watercress.
