Ingredients

  • 950 ml pineapple juice, chilled
  • 120 ml light rum
  • 750 ml Prosecco
  • 2 cans pineapple, frozen in pieces
  • Ice cubes, to taste

Utensils

  • carafe
  • cocktail glass
  • straw

Instructions

  1. Mix chilled pineapple juice, rum and prosecco in a carafe.
  2. Add frozen pineapple pieces. Some of the fruit can also be replaced with ice.
  3. Pour the Prosecco cocktail into glasses and serve with a straw.
