Prossecco cocktail with pineapple, rum and pineapple juice
Ingredients
- 950 ml pineapple juice, chilled
- 120 ml light rum
- 750 ml Prosecco
- 2 cans pineapple, frozen in pieces
- Ice cubes, to taste
Utensils
- carafe
- cocktail glass
- straw
Instructions
- Mix chilled pineapple juice, rum and prosecco in a carafe.
- Add frozen pineapple pieces. Some of the fruit can also be replaced with ice.
- Pour the Prosecco cocktail into glasses and serve with a straw.
