Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp rolled oats, tender
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 200 ml water
  • 1-2 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 kiwifruit
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of berries, to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add the oatmeal and chia seeds and mix well.
  3. Let the oatmeal swell over a low heat for about 8-10 minutes.
