Ingredients

  • 0.5 pointed cabbage
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tin of small peas
  • Sour cream, to taste
  • Remoulade, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Spear onions, to taste
  • dill, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the cabbage into fine strips and place in a salad bowl.
  2. Dice the apple and add to the cabbage.
  3. Cut the leek into fine rings.
  4. Stir into the salad with the dill.
  5. Add the peas .
  6. Add the remoulade with sour cream to the salad.
  7. Season the cabbage salad with salt and pepper.
  8. Mix everything together and enjoy.
