Pizza Hawaii with pineapple, ham and bacon – yeast dough pizza
Ingredients
Pizza dough
- 240-300 g flour
- 7-10 g yeast
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1½ tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp oil
- 160 ml water
Pizza topping
- 120-150 g ham
- 4 slices bacon
- 200 g canned pineapple
- 150 g cheese
- 3-5 tbsp tomato sauce
Utensils

Instructions
Knead the yeast dough
- Mix 140 g flour with the yeast, salt and sugar.
- Pour in the oil and warm water and mix well.
- Gradually add the remaining flour.
- Knead a soft, elastic dough.
- Up check the consistency of the dough. You may not need all the flour.
- Put the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel.
- Let rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Prepare the pizza toppings
- Cut the ham and bacon into small pieces.
- Also cut the pineapple into smaller pieces.
- Roughly grate the mozzarella cheese.
Prepare the Hawaiian pizza
- Place the dough on a greased baking sheet or in a pizza pan. The diameter should be approx. 30 cm.
- First dust your hands lightly with flour so that the dough does not stick to them.
- Grip the pizza dough with tomato sauce.
- Top with ham, bacon and pineapple.
- With grated mozzarella cheese Sprinkle.
- Bake Hawaiian Pizza at 230°C for about 12-15 minutes.
