Ingredients

Pizza dough

  • 240-300 g flour
  • 7-10 g yeast
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1½ tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 160 ml water

Pizza topping

  • 120-150 g ham
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 200 g canned pineapple
  • 150 g cheese
  • 3-5 tbsp tomato sauce

Utensils

  • food processor
  • bowl
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • cheese grater
  • rolling pin
  • spoon
  • kitchen brush

Instructions

Knead the yeast dough

  1. Mix 140 g flour with the yeast, salt and sugar.
  2. Pour in the oil and warm water and mix well.
  3. Gradually add the remaining flour.
  4. Knead a soft, elastic dough.
  5. Up check the consistency of the dough. You may not need all the flour.
  6. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel.
  7. Let rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Prepare the pizza toppings

  1. Cut the ham and bacon into small pieces.
  2. Also cut the pineapple into smaller pieces.
  3. Roughly grate the mozzarella cheese.

Prepare the Hawaiian pizza

  1. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet or in a pizza pan. The diameter should be approx. 30 cm.
  2. First dust your hands lightly with flour so that the dough does not stick to them.
  3. Grip the pizza dough with tomato sauce.
  4. Top with ham, bacon and pineapple.
  5. With grated mozzarella cheese Sprinkle.
  6. Bake Hawaiian Pizza at 230°C for about 12-15 minutes.
