Pear dessert with walnuts and chocolate in puff pastry

In this recipe, the pears are wrapped in thin batter and baked in the oven until golden. The filling of chocolate, nuts and cranberries inside the pears provides an exciting taste experience!

  • 6 pears, medium, ripe
  • 1 packet of puff pastry
  • 70 g walnuts
  • 70 g dried cranberries
  • 70 g chocolate
  • cinnamon, to taste


  1. Wash the pears, cut in half lengthways and remove the core.
  2. Chop the nuts and chocolate with a knife and mix with the cranberries.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into narrow strips.
  4. Preheat the oven and grease a baking tin.
  5. Sprinkle half of the pear with cinnamon, put the filling inside and place the other half on top.
  6. Wrap the pastry carefully around the pears in a spiral so that the whole pear is covered with dough.
  7. Prepare all the pears in this way and cut into the Lay out the mould.
  8. Bake the pears at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
