Ingredients

  • 150 g spaghetti
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 120 g shrimp, cooked
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil spaghetti in salted water.
  2. Dab the shrimp dry with paper towels.
  3. Peel and chop the garlic.
  4. Slightly sauté the shrimp in a pan with olive oil.
  5. Add the garlic and white wine and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Stir in the lemon juice and butter.
  7. Season the pasta with salt and pepper and serve.
