Pasta with peas in a creamy sauce with parmesan

Pasta is popular with many and is always possible! This variant is cooked with fresh pea pods and frozen peas and served with a creamy cream sauce and parmesan. The flavors of lime and mint add something special to the pasta dish and make something special out of the ordinary.

  • Salt, to taste
  • 500g pasta
  • 200g snow peas, fresh
  • 150g peas, frozen
  • 120ml whipping cream
  • 120g parmesan 1 lime
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1-2 sprigs mint


  1. Boil lightly salted water in a saucepan and add the noodles.
  2. Rinse fresh sugar snap peas, pat dry and cut in half.
  3. After 2 minutes of cooking, add the pea pods and the frozen peas.
