Ingredients

Panna cotta

  • ½ kiwi fruit
  • 480 ml coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp agar-agar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Chocolate beans, to decorate

Sauce

  • 70 g strawberries
  • 100 g sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix milk with sugar, salt and vanilla extract in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Dissolve the agar-agar in the water.
  4. Pour the agar mass into the milk and simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring all the time.
  5. Remove the pot from the heat, let stand for 2-3 minutes and pour into dessert bowls.
  6. Leave the panna cotta in the fridge for 4-5 hours.
  7. The Cut the strawberries into small pieces and place in a saucepan with the sugar.
  8. Cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly and crushing the strawberry pieces. Allow the finished sauce to cool slightly and then strain.
  9. Pour the sauce onto a plate, tip the panna cotta onto it.
  10. Cut the kiwi into slices and place one on top of the dessert.
  11. Top the panna cotta with chocolate beans and serve as a Halloween dessert.

Jam or syrup can be used instead of sauce.
