Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp oat flakes
  • 100 ml soy drink
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 1 nectarine

Instructions

  1. Put the rolled oats in a glass, pour the soy drink over them and stir.
  2. Place the glass covered in the fridge overnight.
  3. Chop the nectarines into small pieces and add them to the glass with the raspberries.
  4. Sweeten with honey and add overnight oats Enjoy breakfast.
