Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 50 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt
  • nuts, almonds, walnuts
  • chia seeds, to taste
  • matcha powder, to taste
  • honey, to taste
  • 1 kiwifruit

Instructions

  1. Mix the oat flakes, chia and matcha with the milk and yoghurt in the glass.
  2. Spread some nuts and honey on top.
  3. Cover the glass and put it in the fridge overnight.
  4. Morning overnight oats in the glass topped with kiwi slices enjoy.
