Ingredients

  • 80 g rolled oats
  • 150 ml water
  • 150 ml soy milk
  • 4 dates
  • 30 g chopped hazelnuts or almonds
  • 1/4 tsp gingerbread spice
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • honey, to taste

Utensils

  • pot
  • spoon
  • knife
  • glass
  • pan

Instructions

  1. Bring the oats with water and soy milk to a boil.
  2. Let simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
  3. Cut the dates into small pieces and add to the soy milk.
  4. Lightly roast the almonds in a pan.
  5. Gingerbread spice with hazelnuts and Mix in the coconut flakes.
  6. Pour the oatmeal into glasses.
  7. Sweeten with honey if you like.
  8. Spread the hazelnut gingerbread mixture on top.
  9. Put the overnight oats in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning for breakfast
