Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 aubergine
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1/2 red peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • parsley, to taste
  • salt, to taste

Utensils

  • knife
  • potato peeler
  • bowl
  • oven dish
  • cutting board
  • mixing spoon

Instructions

  • Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into pieces.
  • Clean, wash and cut the remaining vegetables into large pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix the crushed garlic cloves, oregano and olive oil.
  • The olive and garlic mixture with a little salt Season to taste and add to the vegetables.
  • Bake the vegetables in the oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes.
  • Peel the tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
  • Spread over the pre-baked vegetables and bake for a further 10 minutes.
  • The Stir veggies, sprinkle with chopped parsley and crumble the feta on top.
  • Bake the oven veggies for a further 10-15 minutes, until the feta cheese is lightly browned.
